Located in Edgewood, Kentucky, Sutton Rankin Law, PLC is an assembled group of seasoned attorneys who concentrate in a variety of areas involving civil litigation and transactional law. Because the legal areas in which we focus our skills and talents are diverse by comparison, our site is designed to accommodate and reflect the individual nature of each separate area.

Our Lawyers

Most of our attorneys are lifelong residents of Northern Kentucky. Active in the community, some of our attorneys belong to the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, the Northern Kentucky Legal Aid Society (pro bono), and other civic activities of the region. Several of our attorneys served in the military, one during the Vietnam War era and another during Operation Desert Storm. One of our lawyers was selected into the Who’s Who in American Law and recognized as one of two leading attorneys in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area for his primary area of practice. He was also an Adjunct Professor. Each lawyer brings different legal skills and an added dimension to our firm. Four of our seven attorneys are also licensed to practice in Southern Ohio, and because of our close proximity to Cincinnati, this capability offers an added convenience for our Ohio clients.

Mediation

Because litigation is costly and not every situation requires a lawsuit for effective resolution, our law firm offers mediation as a method of alternative dispute resolution. A mediator is a neutral third party who listens to both sides of a conflict and guides parties to arrive at a settlement. Acting as mediators, our lawyers have assisted numerous clients to resolve their disputes in all legal areas that our firm addresses.
